Byron served as the Global Head of Brand and Executive Creative Director at Twitch (Amazon), the world's largest live-streaming platform. During his time at Twitch, he spearheaded a transformative rebrand, built the company's global brand, community, creative, design infrastructure, and led teams across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. His strategic leadership contributed to Twitch's brand value soaring from $9 billion to $45 billion within five years. Prior to Twitch, Byron directed Brand, Creative, and Design at Hulu (Disney), where he oversaw the relaunch of Hulu's brand and sports offerings. He also led the design of Hulu's core product experience across 14 platforms, driving subscriber growth from 5 million to 25 million in just two years. With over two decades of experience at some of the world's most acclaimed creative and design agencies, including a leadership role at Huge, Byron has consistently delivered groundbreaking work. His contributions to the industry have been recognized through his roles as a regular juror for prestigious creative awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, and ADC. He is also a sought-after speaker, having presented at events such as Adobe Max, and a member of the esteemed Design Leadership Forum.
