## What You'd Work On

- **Compliant Multi-Channel Acquisition:** Design and run campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and email, finding creative solutions to bypass common ad platform restrictions on cannabis-related terms.
- **Lead Generation & Funnel Build:** Establish a predictable pipeline to capture, nurture, and deliver warm B2B-style display inquiries.

## Must-Have Fit

- **Zero-to-One Experience:** Proven success building a lead generation engine from the ground up for early-stage e-commerce or physical product brands.
- **Policy & Restriction Mastery:** Experience navigating sensitive, restricted, or gray-market ad policies (e.g., cannabis-adjacent, CBD, alcohol, or gaming) on Google and Meta.
- **Full-Stack Execution:** Ability to handle both high-level strategy and direct execution, as you will be the sole marketer working on this brand.

## Helpful Context

- **Tools/channels:** Starting with a clean slate (no CRM or email platform currently active). Open to paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and content.
- **Team/collaboration:** You will partner directly with the business owner, Scott, in a collaborative, one-on-one environment.
